1. Bookings & Payments

​

• All lessons must be booked in advance and confirmed by email or text.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Block bookings must be used within 6 months of purchase.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no charge.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not available for missed or unused lessons.

3. Safety & Liability

​

• Learners must follow all safety instructions from the coach at all times.

• No shots play be played without the explicit instruction of the coach.

• The coach accepts no liability for personal injury or loss/damage to property unless caused by proven negligence.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they are fit to take part in coaching sessions. If in any doubt, medical advice should be sought from the learners GP prior to commencing. 

• Where parking is available, it is done so entirely at the vehicle owners' risks.

4. Coaching Standards

​

• The coach will provide lessons to the best of their professional ability.

• Results and improvement cannot be guaranteed as progress varies by individual.

5. General

​

• Lessons are non-transferable without prior agreement.

• The coach reserves the right to amend or cancel lessons due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, with rescheduling offered.

• By booking a lesson, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

• By booking a lesson you agree to images from your lesson being used in social media for promotion and information purposes. We are happy to not use these images if informed if your wishes at any stage. 

• We will store your contact and golfing data for a period of three years and for coaching and progress tracking, in line with GDPR. If you wish us to delete this data we will do so upin requa
